No card, no deposit, no contract. When the counters are ready we will come back to you with a price and a date, and you decide then. If the answer is no, that is a perfectly good answer.
Hardware has to be ordered in batches, and that is money committed long before anyone can buy one. Knowing who actually wants counters, and roughly how many, is what makes the first run possible. That is the real reason this page exists.

Before you sign up
We are not going to invent a date. The board is finished and ordered; what happens next depends on how many people put their name down here. You will hear from us before anyone else does.
Order as many as you like. The discount covers the first 10 and the rest come at list price, so ordering 25 never leaves you worse off than ordering 10. If you are kitting out several locations, say so in the form and we will talk properly rather than making you work around a cap.
No. The hub software is free, there is no account, and the counters only ever talk to your own computer. You pay for hardware once.
One per item you actually run out of, not one per product you stock. Most restaurants would start with four to eight on the things that cause emergencies, then add more once they trust it.
That is what it is built for. Two things to know: heavy steel blocks 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so mount toward the door if the signal is weak, and the cells are lithium because alkalines lose most of their capacity below freezing.
They sit on our list until the counters ship, and we contact you about that. They are encrypted the moment they reach our server, and we never sell them or share them for anyone else's marketing. The only other parties involved are the company that hosts this site and the service that sends our email, and only to do that job. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
